白山市克山病病情监测分析

[摘要]  目的  掌握白山市克山病病情动态，为上级决策部门提供依据。方法  按照地方病防治项目克山病病情调查方案，在白山市选择了5个县，每个县抽一个乡，每个乡抽一个村做为监测点，每个点抽取500人做临床及心电检诊，对疑似病人拍X线胸片，按克山病诊断标准进行诊断，统计分析。结果  5个监测点共检诊2656人，检出克山病患者110人，检出率为4.1%，结论  白山市克山病病情稳定，但检出率仍然较高，今后应密切关注克山病病情，做好克山病的防治工作。

　　[Abstract]  Objective Master the dynamic, mountain disease condition's provide basis for superior decision-making departments. Methods According to endemic disease prevention programs grams mountain survey scheme, baishan illness in five counties choice, each county smokes a township, each township smokes a village spot, each point extraction for clinical and 500 people do to visit, ecg prosecutors suspected patient pat X-ray chest X-rays, by the gram hill diagnostic criteria for diagnosis of disease, statistical analysis. Results 5 points, 2656 of inspection diagnosis detected grams, 110 people mountain patients 4.1% . Conclution Baishan grams mountain in stable condition, but illness detection rate remains high, we should pay close attention to illness, completes mountain disease's mountain disease prevention work's.

　　白山市位于吉林省的东南部，长白山的西侧，是克山病的历史重病区，经过多年来以三防四改为主的综合防治措施的落实，全市克山病发病率已有很大程度的降低。依照国家克山病监测项目方案的要求，白山市疾控中心分别于2008、2009年完成了对辖区内5个病区县中央转移支付克山病病情调查的现场工作，共描记心电图 2656人，拍摄X线胸片246张，通过综合分析二年来的调查资料，可以正确评估历史重病区白山市克山病的病情现状，为更好的指导克山病防治工作打下坚实的基础。

　　1  材料与方法
　　1.1  监测点的选择
　　2008选定了抚松县、长白县、、临江市、江源县，2009年选定了靖宇县，每个县随机抽取了一个乡，每个乡随机抽取了一个村作为监测点。
　　1.2  基本情况
　　收集监测点所在乡(镇)及村的人口数，近年病情,年人均经济收入与膳食结构情况。
